We understand that it is important that you receive your orders as quickly as possible. Once we have received your request, one of our doctors will review it and process it.
Once the prescription or referral is written, you will be able to pick it up from our friendly receptionists or request that it be faxed to a pharmacy of your choice. Alternatively, for an extra cost, we are happy to post it to you.
As many of our doctors don't consult every day of the week, it may take up to three business days for your request to be processed and ready.
Refund & Dispute Policy
Unfortunately, once we have processed your request for a prescription, we are unable to provide a refund.
